Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day of payment.

In rare circumstances, processing may take up to 2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be included where applicable.

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia, including orders placed via the NightCap website.

Australia

  • Standard Shipping – Free
    Estimated delivery: 2–6 business days, depending on destination.
  • Express Shipping – $10 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days, depending on location.

New Zealand

  • Standard International Shipping (Tracked) – $13.90 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days.
  • Express International Shipping (Tracked) – $29 AUD
    Estimated delivery: 3–6 business days.
  • Untracked Shipping (NZ only)
    Available for CYD products only at checkout. This service does not include tracking and delivery times may be longer than standard tracked services.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on orders over $150 AUD to Australia and New Zealand.

Eligibility is automatically applied at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Where tracking is included, tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Issues, Loss & Damage

If your order appears to be delayed, lost, delivered incorrectly, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info@safer-sips.com.

Please include your order number, where the purchase was made, and any relevant details or photos. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist with resolution.

Taxes, Duties & Customs (New Zealand)

Orders shipped to New Zealand may be subject to GST, import duties, or customs fees imposed by New Zealand authorities. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fees collected by Safer Sips and are the responsibility of the customer.
